0800 36 76 56 offers 24 hour service (although a message service may be in use between 11pm and 7am NZ).  Other phone numbers and emails are answered 9am - 5pm (NZ), Monday - Friday (excluding NZ and local public holidays).  Emails should be acknowledged within 1-2 working days.
